Product Description
STEINEL L 810 SC is an outdoor LED wall light in silver that combines architectural illumination with automatic motion response. Its upward and downward light creates a feature on the wall above and below the fitting. The horizontal aluminium body suits an entrance, terrace or repeated installation along a façade, providing a consistent appearance in daylight as well as after dark. The integrated 9.8 W LED module delivers 679 lm.
The integrated LED module supplies warm white 3000 K light and is already included, so there is no separate bulb to buy. Opal covers form the upper and lower illuminated surfaces. This two-direction lighting effect is useful when the wall itself should become part of the evening setting around the house.
Concealed detection, convenient adjustment
A hidden 160° iHF high-frequency sensor responds to movement near the fitting. Its detection reach can be adjusted from 1 to 5 metres, allowing the response to suit a small entrance or the approach beside a wall. The recommended mounting height is 2 m. Electronic reach adjustment retains the clean appearance of the housing without an exposed sensor lens.
The STEINEL Connect app provides a choice of operating time from 5 seconds to 60 minutes and a twilight threshold from 2 to 2000 lux. Main light and basic light levels can be adjusted to combine a subtle night-time accent with a brighter response to movement. Soft starting and stopping make changes in brightness gradual; permanent lighting and schedule functions provide further flexibility.
Bluetooth Mesh allows compatible fittings to communicate wirelessly and operate as a group along a façade. Each light still needs its own mains connection. The IP44 housing is designed for outdoor wall mounting. This is the sensor-equipped version, article 087562. The integrated LED module and control gear cannot be replaced.
